What are Nanosensors?
Another wonderful invention of nanotechnology are nanosensors these are biological ,chemical or surgical sensory edges or points which are used to detect and transfer nano particle information to the other devices such as microscopic/macroscopic world.There basic purpose is to develop medical nano products such as silicon computer chips and nano robots fabrications.
Now a days there are many techniques which claims to develop nanosensors which involves top-down lithography,molecular self assembly and bottom-up assembly approaches.
How nanosensors works
Nanosensors works with there special sensation ability which can detect information and data .there arrangement is like ordinary sensors but the major difference between sensors and nanosensors is that nano sensors are developed at nanoscale which makes them distinguished from ordinary ones.Nano sensors can accurately identify specific cells or the parts of the body having any deficiency.They work by calculating and measuring ups downs and changes, displacement, dislocations, concentration, volume, acceleration, external forces pressure or temperature of each cell in the living body.Many nanosensors are designed to differentiate between normal and abnormal cells such as sensors for detecting cancer in living body,molecular controllers to deliver medicines in the human body.They are also enable to detect macroscopic changes that appear from the external interactions and communicate these variations to the other nanocomponents working along.

The most famous example of nanosensors which includes use of fluorescence characteristics of cadmium selenide quantum dots to discover tumor in the body.These small dots are injected in the infected area of the human body,so doctors could determine the exact stage of cancer or tumor. Nanosensors are also used in DNA test to recognize the similar properties of two blood cells.Circuit integertions are also performed with the help of nanosensors. At present the most popular nanosensors in field of medical sciences and chemistry are the mass produced functioning nanosensors which has the ability to detect and react according to the smell in the environment such as fire sensors which can detect and communicate immediately the presence of smoke in any particular place.Some kinds of nanosensors also exist which can report the sunlight.There exist some natural nanosensors which are present in the living bodies such as large fish like whales,dolphins and sharks uses their built in nanosensors to hear the vibrations in the water which asssures them the presence of some body around them.

They include attachment of particular particle to the end of carbon nanotube and calculating the vibrational frequency of nanotube with or without the particle periodically.They are usually used to detect and manage the chemical reactions of nano particles.
Chemical nanosensors are also constructed by using carbon nanotubes to detect the different properties of many gaseous molecules.Ionization of gases and atmospheric concentration level of hydrogen and oxygen at the manufacturing plants and chemical research labs are managed with the help of chemical nanosensors. Chemical sensors can also detect the speed,wavelength and level of molecules in the strong light.
Economic and social Impacts of Nanosensors.
Nanosensors are still considered new in the field of technolgoy. They have strong economic affects because advance production and high fabrication is required to produce nano sensors.Products containing nanosensors ranges from $0.6 billion to $2,7 billion which is huge cost to use this technology. Extreme discovery of properties of specific material is also dangerous because this encourages the negative and destructive useage of the substances. Nanosensosrs also reduced the air pollutions and also discovered the strong air pollutants. In future nanosensors would surely improve the present world of technology.
